Thermal Hotels in Turkey – A Key Pillar of Health Bringing “Steam” into the Turkish Hospitality Sector
In cooperation with the Turkish Association for Natural Medicine, the German Medical Wellness Association is organizing a german-turkish seminar focused on the development and strategic advancement of thermal hotels in Turkey.
The opening event of this series will take place at the Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel, which provides an excellent setting thanks to its modern facilities and expertise in medical wellness and thermal therapies. Thermal hotels in Turkey are globally recognized as leaders, particularly due to the exceptional quality and diversity of their natural thermal waters. This strong foundation offers significant potential for further development and international positioning within the growing health tourism market.
The seminar will address key topics, including:

Salutogenesis – the study of the origins and maintenance of health – focuses on strengthening individual resources and well-being, complementing traditional curative approaches with preventive and sustainable health strategies.
