DMWV training concepts – shaping the future, ensuring quality
Strong training is the backbone of the hotel industry, the spa and wellness sector, and modern healthcare facilities. The German Medical Wellness Association (DMWV) is therefore building on its academy, which was successfully launched before the Corona pandemic – and is now bringing it back with renewed energy, an expanded concept, and a clear vision for the future.
Our tasks – What we stand for
1. Strengthen specialist knowledge
The DMWV Academy focuses on topics that are becoming increasingly important in a health-oriented world, including (selection):
- Resilience
- Health tourism – Designing quality offerings, strengthening positioning
- Managing spa facilities – management, team leadership and modern service culture
- Medical law and its applications
- Social media use and AI (specialized)
- Modern forms of housing for the elderly
- specialized topic-specific seminars
- Quality assurance within the company
In this way, we support spa teams, hotels, clinics and healthcare facilities in working at the highest level.
2. Ensure quality and promote innovation
In addition to the core seminars, the academy offers space for:
- the development of new health and wellness concepts
- practice-oriented quality programs
- the exchange with experts in the industry
- The discussion series: “Over an Espresso” on current topics in medical wellness, health tourism and “elder care”
We see ourselves as a catalyst – for fresh ideas, sound standards and sustainable developments.
